#82 Should not be able to delete artifact types

OSRMT allows to delete artifact types from the UI.

Here are the steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new product.
2. In main UI, select "Feature" artifact type.
3. In menu, select "Edit" => "Delete".

Then the product becomes unusable. You must close it
and re-open it to get the artifact types back.
