#52 Enemy fleet analysis

Add possibility to client to compute enemy designs MP, signature and add possibility to add user notes about such designs.
Calculating MP could be solved using linear algebra (NumPy package) with selecting 100% fleets. Once the design is know, it could be used to determine other designs. And determine if the enemy fleet is damaged or not and display this info in info box.
User should specify which fleet could be ignored (probably damaged one etc).

Assigning to RC as I don't know if I have enough time for it and I can't have it assignet to myself ;-)
