Oraschemadoc lives again (0.26 is out)

Goal of oraschemadoc is to produce detailed documentation for all objects in schema covering Oracle specific features.

It's a long time when was last version of the Oraschemadoc released. I've started using this utility in early 2005 noticed that a lot of new Oracle features are missing in these old stuff. Some I've add some is still missing but Oraschemadoc is alive again.

Please, take this release as a preview of the last months work with old CVS patched with my continuous patching. It works well on all databases I can access - and these dbs aren't small. Really.
