#4 Timesheet: show project also when inactive

Suppose there is an event for a project that is not
active anymore, and you have the Active Project Filter
enabled. When you edit the event the message "Could not
find the projectguid in the list, contact your system's
administrator" is shown.
Apparently the project is still relevant for you (or
you wouldn't have that project attached to the event
(or the other way around, depending how you look at
it)), so the project should still be shown even though
the project is not active anymore.

If there is a way to show the inactive project but not
let the user select that project, that would be even
cooler.
