For files "polar", no nan in those files, just for sp1.

It should be fine. The reason it gives nan is that chisqr is not calculated for methods # 1, 2 or 4 in operaInstrumentProfileCalibration.cpp. This is not a bug. We don't have plans to implement this feature now since the chisqr is not used by any subsequent processing.
