#354 Remove AccessTracking from distribution

In order to simplify the distribution. AccessTracking is out of scope, you can get that functionality using Envers or write your own callback listeners.

If you're already an AccessTracking you can continue use it, because you can upgrade the OpenXava project in your workspace and leave the AccessTracking as is. Of course, with time probably you have to update your own AccessTracking to latest OX changes in the same way you do for your own code.
