#310 Possibility of obtaining the core of the module via AJAX the first time

Currently the first time a module is requested AJAX is not used. This is needed in order to work fine in a portlet context where several OX portlets can be loaded at the same time. However, in other context maybe it would be better to load the core of the module via AJAX even the first time.

It just add a parameter to module.jsp to set the value to the already existing coreViaAJAX variable.
