#7 Task assignments with fixed load pattern never critical

Task with assignments with a fixed loading pattern are
never critical if their status is "started"

Steps to recreate:

1. Create a new project with three tasks of 260 days
fixed duration
2. The first two tasks have the same start/finish date,
the 3rd has a start date one day after the others finish
date
3. No dependencies
4. Assign the same resources to all three tasks and
enter 1000 ETC
5. Change the loading pattern from contour (which has
by now spread the etc) to Fixed
6. Autoschedlue and the tasks are on the Critical Path
7. Now change either the first or 2nd task to Status
Started and autoschedule

Expected: All three tasks to be on the Critical Path

Actually: The started task now has a LF the same date
as the third tasks, which is incorrect. It should keep the
task finish date as the LF date.
