EP250 BSP 0.2 released

This is Board Support Package (BSP) for ETC WEP EP250 board for Windows CE .NET.

Changes since 0.1 release:
* Changes in audio driver:
- Added variable sample rate setting for (patch 713814, Daniel Samek).
- Fixed missed audio in interrupt (patch 740309, Daniel Samek).
- Set 20 dB gain for power amplifier (patch 742281, Daniel Samek).
* Minor bugs fixed.
* Added I2C, PCMCIA, SD/MMC drivers.
* Added USB ActiveSync connection settings (patch 743646, Daniel Samek).
* Added modem configuration for terminal (patch 748219, Martin Flaska).
* Added GPIO reset support.
* Added suspend/resume support (thanks to Juraj Fabo and Daniel Samek).
