[Openvpn-users] The system tried to join a drive to a directory on a joined drive

Hello Everyone,
When my Internet connection is lost I see messages:
TCP: connect to [AF_INET]x.x.x.x:443 failed, will try again in 5 
seconds: The system tried to join a drive to a directory on a joined drive.

Could someone please clarify, what do exactly the drive, directory and 
joined drive mean in this message?
In which way are they related to TCP connection?
