A suggestion for the future: more then one PATH in the registry stored variable config_dir

This will allow configurations like:
config_dir %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\OpenVPN\config;%USERPROFILE%\OpenVPN\%USERNAME%\config
and allows tunnels for ALL Users as well personal tunnels.

Good idea. I will implement this when overhauling the way configs are handled currently.
