#12 openstudio.sourceforge.net svn instructions need updated

the directions to check out the svn repository need to be updated.
1) the directions state to check out http://openstudio.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/openstudio/trunk/OpenStudio, but it should be pointed to the trunk root (http://openstudio.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/openstudio/trunk).
2) if you are attempting to check out the repository for use in sketchup, then you must check out the trunk in the sketchup plugins directory. This workflow needs to be described in more detail.
3) also, you need to add the wxSU external to the checkout if running openstudio from the svn checkout. (svn:externals wxSU https://wxsu.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/wxsu/trunk/wxSU\). This checkout path is different that the default wxSU checkout
