#4 reset wander during obstacle avoidance?

At the very least there should be an API to reset the wander state. Perhaps this should happen "automatically" when obstacle avoidance is needed. Note that detecting a potential collision is not the same as deciding to avoid the obstacle in the agent's combined steering. But then resetting wander is a pretty low-impact thing to do, over-doing it would not be a big problem.
