#265 Ctrl-C in Commander Results causes TestPlugin to hang

Hitting ctrl-c in a graph within a Tests results in
Commander causes the TestPlugin.exe to go into a CPU
intensive loop. The
TestPlugin may be killed successfully and the Test
reselected in the existing Commander.
