#263 Lock up under WinXP when viewing report

When trying to view output files from a test run,
OpenSTA commander test window locks up with a
request to send a report to microsoft. I can close the
test (not the commander) and get back in to review other
test output files, but a bad file remains a bad file. All I
can do is delete the file and re-run the test to produce a
new file.

More information is required to progress with this problem:
- OpenSTA version
- Basic test config, # of VU's, iterations, distributed? etc.
- If this doesn't happen for every test run, is anything
special about this test run? Is it a specific Test that
fails? Try to narrow it down.
- zipping up the specific problem results directory from the
repository and attaching it to this report would also be useful.

No further info available and unable to reproduce,
will be Deleted on next OpenSTA release. May
create a generic bug report about bad stats being
generated to hold further info at a later date, there
is/are undoubtably bugs in this area.
