The installation process fails on a clean Win98SE system with:

Error 1904. Module....\CaptureBHO.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147024865.
Contact your support personnel.

Any ideas ?

OpenSTA does not work (and is not intended to) on any of the
Win9x series (95, 98, Me) it requires NT4sp5 or later, this
includes Win2000 (NT5).

However the installation should have refused to work on 98
not even got to the point where DLLs fail to register so
I've
changed this to cosmetic and am leaving it logged.

OpenSTA now checks the operating system version during
installation and will report an appropriate error, if an
attempt is made to install on an unsupported platform.

Fix available in Release 1.2.0.
