We're trying to get OpenSong running as our primary software on our church computer. I have tested it extensively and successfully in multiple environments, but we continuously run into one major difficulty on our church computer: When trying to present a prepared PowerPoint presentation using the External slide function, OpenSong will crash. I have gotten the system to work seamlessly once. A non-commercial version of PowerPoint 2007 is installed on this machine.

External screen is set to 1024x768 (projector native). Slide presentations are on the hard drive of the computer and definitely work in PowerPoint as is. PowerPoint is started before the External slides are loaded (either to create them or later from a saved Set).

It should be noted that OpenSong runs seamlessly on a different machine with identical video settings, but PowerPoint 2013. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Does OpenSong just crash or is there a stack trace (the dialog with a lot of text) before OpenSong exits?
