#301 Song presentation order includes verse not present in song

"How Great Thou Art", included with the default installation, lists a verse (V5) that isn't included in the lyrics of the song. The non-existent verse 5 is left out of the presentation window when presenting the song.

Steps to reproduce:
Launch opensong
Click "How Great Thou Art" in the song list
* Examine song lyrics / presentation order.

Version: 1.5.1 on Vista Ultimate 64 bit
