In setting up an Honor Roll, we delineated between a "Principal's Award" and an "Academic Achievement" award with the "PA" being a 4.0 or greater (break at 4.0) and the "AA" at 3.5. (4.0 grade scale). When you run the Honor Roll report, it shows all students in the "PA" even though they have grade points vastly lower than the break number.
