#389 uac_auth() in auto mode should mangle the CSeq

With the addition of pings to the dialog module, opensips is capable of keeping track of outgoing CSeq numbers inside a dialog.
When authentication is performed from the uac module and auto mode is enabled and the dialog module is loaded, the CSeq of the authenticated INVITE should be increased and the newly created dialog should handle CSeq for all future in-dialog requests (just like it does for in-dialog pings).

Ovidiu, there is no trivial fix here as the changing the cseq qwill require dialog support to manage/update the cseq during the entire dialog - some major work will be required.
