In my setup the SeMap Editor (offline) is not completly shown. The window can not be expanded to a senseful size.
Also the save bitton is hidden. So the editor can not be used at all - but anyway great this.
My version of SeaMap 27734.
Here my java setup and please find a screenshot attached.

This is the same problem reported in Ticket 3446426.

The work-around is to use the 'Metal' JOSM look-and-feel style.
