I'm getting 350-400 FPS. This is normal?
Its very slow, almost impossible to play like that.
Im also getting the scroll speed so fast that I cant even see what Im doing. When I click in Options, the only option available is "Abort Mission". Options is disable! How can I adjust the scrool speed?

I found a file where we can change some parameters to slow the scroll.
In "openredalert/data/settings" the file is "freecnc.ini".
The parameters is: MaxScroll. I put 7. "MaxScroll=7". Now its GOOD!
But still the FPS is too high.
