With fresh installed OpenQRM 5.0 I have the same problem of closed ticket 3542601: no possibility to specify NFS storage parameters on un-managed resource. I described the problem in the post https://sourceforge.net/projects/openqrm/forums/forum/519722/topic/5311669/index/page/1, anyway I think that it is the same problem signaled by shagg63 in ticket 3542601.
