I guess you want to compile pnl on linux. If it is the case, you need to run configure.gcc.
After, there is a file missing (cvcart.cpp), and if you make a link from c_pgmtk/src/cart/cvcart.cpp to c_pgmtk/src/, it compiles to the end (I just succeed to compile pnl from CVS, 3 november 2004).

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
When I run "configure" in the snapshot release, it gives me the following after creating config.status:
config.status: error: cannot find input file: cxcore/cxcore/src/Makefile.in
Has anybody had this error? Can anyone tell me where to get the Makefile.in? I've tried a couple of things but can't get it to compile.
Thanks,
Janice

I run into the missing Makefile.in on Solaris but not on linux. Not sure how to fix.
