#224 Portability: change persistent data and savestates location

actually. in my Windows system i have
set OPENMSX_USER_DATA=C:\PortableApps\openMSX\Data
but
persistent data is saved in "%USERPROFILE%\My Documents\openMSX",
savestates are saved in "C:\PortableApps\openMSX\savestates".

I'd like to change the location of persistent data and savestates so they go all in one place (%OPENMSX_USER_DATA%/subdirs).

    Instead of submitting all these support requests, please consider joining our IRC channel and discuss there :)

    I'll try to understand what is going on here. I would expect all user data to be saved from OPENMSX_USER_DATA environment variable's path.

    My aim was to run openmsx in "portable mode" by forcing all user data in a single directory,
    so i've written a small batch file to accomplish this.

    I've found a workaround for this issue by overriding the USERPROFILE environment variable (see the updated launcher attached).
