#466 Maximum baud rate is 3720 baud? Not expected.

The MSX tools Speedsave 4000 and Turbo 5000 claim you can save at a maximum of 4600 baud to cassette and then load it with normal basic commands.

However, when I change cas2wav conversion factor in CasImage.cc to values higher than 3720 baud, the MSX cannot load the CAS based software anymore. Tried on several MSX machines... (Note that in 2005, this maximum was even lower, 2760 baud... so something happened in the mean time that made this figure better, but it's not OK yet... Is this some kind of timing?)

Perhaps bug 1235168 is related...
