#28 Allow moving processes between databases

Sometimes it is unclear what gets imported into a database when you import an EcoSpold or ILCD file. To make this clearer it would be nice to have the ability to import into an empty database and then "drag and drop" into the database you would like to have the process in. It would also be very helpful to be able to "drag and drop" processes between different databases one is working with.
