Hai I have installed the OpenInvoicesDotNet software and now i have stuck up as i cant proceed forwared as there is no help or any point from which i can create user or any help regarding the admin id or password.

Your only choices are;
1.) Reinstall
2.) Open your MySQL tools and find the user database and attempt to remove the Admin password.
If you are REALLY stuck on how to proceed, send me an email and maybe I can help you hack your way through reseting the Admin password.
I can't find any mysql table nor any config script where I can set up mysql connection data. Has anyone an installation instruction?

Talk to your web host. You will not be able to set this up yourself unless you control the web server.
