A function that would set the color key of an image or
texture. For exemple if you set the colorkey to be 0, 0,
0 or 255, 200, 100 ( normally just one colorkey ) then
DevIL could set the alpha value of any pixel on the
image to 0 for the colorkey thus making part of the
image transparent. This could be used for billboards,
sprites and 2d graphics. An example of a free public
