#284 ability to add/edit application admin from UI
Currently an admin can add/edit project admins and users from under Preferences - Project Settings, however, in order to add/edit the application administrator, one has to edit the configuration file. It will be a much better user experience if the application administrator can be defined in a similar way under Preferences - Application Settings
Fix is available in Openi Demo revision 391.
