#279 Broken project after changing the project ID

The project settings page allows to modify the project ID.
After changing the project ID and pressing the save button the following happens:

1. On the project settings dialog page the project Id is set back to its original value.
2. The openi-projects folder contains both projects, the original one and a rudimentary skeleton of the renamed one.

I imagine that changing the project ID can be problematic b/c it might require changes at many places (folder name in openi-projects, paths in the dashboard XML files etc.)
So, an option could be to disallow changing the project ID.
