When a blade is removed and added back, the blade is removed well, but it gets added as a rack mount server. Immediately after removing and adding the blade, standby composer was removed and added too.

Removed and inserted the active composer after that forcing a switchover. The removed blade got removed, but the RACK_MOUNTED_SERVER is still there in the hpitree output / RPT.

We are unable to recreate the issue. May be it is fixed in oneview. As an work around we are adding an error message when this happens requesting customers to check the output and restart the daemon if needed.
