#33 speed sensitive jog dial

I have a lot of files on the DMP1. The jog dial takes
forever to navigate through the collection. It would
be nice if the dial scrolled more when it is spun
faster. EG: when spun slowly it scrolls 1 item per
click, when spun quickly it scrolls 5 items per click.
This would allow faster navigation but still allow
fine grained selection of individual items.
