#11 Translate (search) by first part of entered word
PROBLEM: When I try to translate some word, which don't
exist in dictionary database, for example I try to
search by word "releases" in LED english-lithuanian
dictionary, but in this dictionary there is only word
"release" and because on this opendict doesn't find any
word translation :(
BUGFIX: OpenDict should search not only by full entered
word, but also on shorter part of entered word if whole
entered word doesn't exit in selected dictionary. For
example if user tries to translate word "releases" but
this word doesn't exist in selected dictionary, then
opendict should try to translate by shorter part of
entered word, in this case on "release". If shortered
word doesn't exist in dictionary, then opendict should
try to search on more shortered word, in this case on
"relaes".
What is status of this ticket? It is open for over 4 years but never archieved a reaction.
