#8 cyc hangs on connects from non-localhost

- i started cyc,
- i tried to connect from non-localhost machine, from a
client using cyc java api. all CycAccess constructor
parameters were default, except for the host.
- cyc was not responding, so CycAccess constructor
was hanging.
- i stopped the client
- then, i ran the client from localhost. cyc still was not
responding.
- i stopped the client

- then, i restarted cyc,
- ran the client which worked.

resume: so, probably, first connect from non-localhost
made the cyc hang.

here, localhost denotes the machine running cyc.

OpenCyc v0.6 does not support non-localhost connections.
These connections are supported in v0.7. You need to
change a value in the parameters.lisp file. The documentation
in that file describes the change.
