#52 Remember state of windows from previous run

Example: When I click the close button of the output window (to get a larger edit pane), end Perl IDE and restart, it would be nice if it remembers from last time that the output windows should not be displayed.

Alternatively (if it is easier to implement), add an option where I can specify whether or not the output window / debug window etc. should be displayed on startup.
