The OpalCall::Transfer() behavior when transferring to IVR endpoint to play a prompt is different between Opal 3.12.9 and Opal 3.14. On Opal 3.14, it appears to be closing the stream when transferring to IVR endpoint and causes a SendReINVITE to be sent putting caller on hold. Whereas Opal 3.12.9 does not close the stream.

Is there a way on Opal 3.14 to stop closing the stream when transfering between the IVR and PC endpoints?

Possible fix just checked into 3.14 SVN branch. Can you try?
