Opal can't register in Avaya ECS Gatekeeper when using MD5 authenticator. The reason is that Avaya requires trailing 0 in alias field in cryptoToken. I don't know if such behaviour is standard or how other gatekeepers treat trailing zeros there, but here is a patch. I don't know if it is needed in E164 version of this field so I didn't change that.

I think I should add, that that patch is for 3.12.9 version but problem exists also in newer versions.
