TORCH is a web enabled electronic health record (EHR) application. TORCH is usable in single practitioner offices and scalable up to multi-site practices.
The multi-level concepts of FreePM and TORCH live on and have matured in the Multi-Level Healthcare Information Modelling project. Details are at http://www.mlhim.org This is much more than an EMR. IT is a design approach that has been proven to provide semantic interoperability across many applications, including mobile apps.
