#588 There is no way to get a system brush in ooDialog

The device context related methods in ooDialog allow you to create a brush and to use brushes in various methods. But, there is no way to get system brush or to create a brush for any of the system colors.

This makes it impossible to use a brush that matches the color of, for instance, the dialog background.
