#200 ooDialog - add .jpg and .png to usable images

Currently ooDialog restricts the use of images to bitmap files.

While looking through the code I noticed that Microsoft has enhanced the APIs used by ooDialog to also work with .jpg and .png image formats.

So, at a quick glance, it looks like it would be relatively simple to enhance the ooDialog bitmap code to work with .jpg and .png files.
