(id #2) Supply an API which allows external programs to
call back into Rexx like Regina's RexxCallBack(). This
allows Rexx to be used in important new applications,
like event-driven programs (e.g. GUI-programming).
A direct implementation of RexxCallBack() will not be implemented. Call backs will be possible in the future using the native object interface to invoke methods on objects.
