#709 Unloader function not invoked

The uploaded file contains the source code, Makefile and compiled version of a Java program that calls into a native function in a native DLL in which a Rexx interpreter instance gets created. After running Rexx programs in various kinds, the Rexx interpreter instance is terminated and the program returns to Java, without the unloader function running.

(Unfortunately, Sourceforge does not accept the reported 256KB files, but less, hence I had to rechunk the files to 230KB.)
