#33 One OODialog Sample does not run

I've installed the beta on my XP system (2GHz) and
started the "Philosopher's Fork Animation" example of
the OODialog samples.
The program starts the setup panel, let me make
changes in the settings, starts after OK the program but
it didn't run well.
Nothing happens - the program allows only to push the
stop button, and "says - Now it stops", but it didn't stop
and hangs. It let me also not close the dialog. I've to
close the program with the Windows Task Manager.

Another problem with critical section nesting was causing a
multi-threading hang.
