#298 'MutableBuffer' class: method 'init' removed ?

According to the docs of 3.1.2 the "MutableBuffer" class possesses an init method, which it describes. This method is not returned by the "instanceMethods" method.

Was the method removed? Or is it a documentation mistake and the documentation should document it as the class method "NEW" which is missing from the documentation.

This is a documentation mistake. The INIT method should be the NEW method.
