OOMon Version 2.2 Released

OOMon is an Internet Relay Chat (IRC) server monitor bot that watches for abusive client behavior and terminates abusive connections in a highly configurable manner. Release 2.2 includes several new features including vhost clone detection, ctcp version checks, connect flood detection, and more. See the release notes for details.
