#8 Entry for info documentation is not created

On installation the info file is provided and its directory is added to the list of Info documentation directories to search, but it is not useful without dir entry, which should be created along the lines of

install-info --dir-file=./dir --section=Emacs --entry="* OO Browser: (oo-browser.info)." oo-browser.info

After this, the documentation becomes accessible from the main Info menu.
