VS1063 Patches

Patches are stored in the Flash of the STM8 at position 0xa000

at 0xa000 the firmware excepts the Magic String "VlSi" - to identify a vaild patch
at 0xa004 the size of the patch in words is stored
beginning from 0xa006 the patch starts it is taken from the .plg file

Endianness is Big Endian
