Quick Start

For setting up the device:

By pressing the button while powerup (around 20s till small green LED on the front left lights up) - the device defaults to 192.168.0.123

with ssh you can connect for configuration purposes
user: root
password: PASS

the adjustments can be made with vi in /etc/oggstreamer.cfg
you can adjust quality and whether you want to use an internal or external streaming server (or both)

You may also want to edit /etc/netcfg for IP configuration - if you delete or move this file (e.g. /etc/netcfg.dis) - the device tries to obtain a DHCP lease.

using the device:

front/left/green LED indicates that the device has booted and is ready

pressing the button once - starts VU Meter Mode - red/big OnAir LED is blinking (no streaming / just monitoring)
pressing the button a second time - starts streaming - red/big OnAir LED lights continously.
pressing the button a thrid time - ends streaming - red/big OnAir LED goes off.

If there are connection problems with the external IceCast2 Server the red/big OnAir LED blinks fast. And the front/left/red LED lights up. To clear an error press the button.

The front/left/yellow LED indicates an ongoing connection establishing to the external IceCast2 Server.
