First, I appologize for my english, Second I thank you for the odf-converter-integrator product, it helps me to not loose OLE Wave file embedded in docx file : I loose them if I open this file directely with OOWriter…
But I have also a lot of old (.doc) files with embedded Wave file and I can't use odf-converter-integrator : Is it possible to adapte the product to be able to open a .doc files? and where can I found the open source for it?

leila75b: The location of the source is already in this thread in the message (dated 2010-11-22 12:21:12 PST) above your message. However, this project won't help with .doc files. It only works with the newer files (.docx, etc.).

After unbizp an untar, I ONLY got binary, there is no source code in the download package!

OCI is written in Python and not compiled, so there are no binaries.

odf-converter-integrator is basically a front end for odf converter (which is a completely separate project). Here is the odf converter source
